A WEEKEND YOU’LL NEVER FORGET.
LOCATION
We’re excited to be back at the Strathmore Stampede Grounds for 2026. That’s where you’ll find the start and finish line, self-camping and all the fun festivities.
ROUTES
Each day you’ll have your choice of route: Short (~65 km), Long (~100 km) and, exclusively on Saturday, Challenge (~150 km) for advanced cyclists only. Routes will change daily so you can enjoy new scenery.
FESTIVITIES
Our Saturday Evening Festival is always a highlight of the weekend. Join us for a hearty dinner, a toast at the beer gardens and rockin’ live music at the main stage. The fun continues with the celebratory BBQ Sunday afternoon at the finish line.
CAMPING
Bring your tent or trailer! If you choose to camp, Strathmore Stampede Grounds will be open for self-camping on July 17 – 19. Shower and washroom facilities are available, but there are no hook-ups or dumping stations. Hotels are available in town.
The Alberta Cancer Foundation acts as a beacon of hope by empowering and uniting Albertans around a common purpose, investing in the future of cancer research and care, and ensuring no Albertan facing cancer walks alone.

Patient Experience
Facing a cancer diagnosis comes with many challenges. For those patients who are living in rural Alberta or in a marginalized community, navigating a complex health care system adds a new layer of difficulty. Many patients also face significant financial pressure during their cancer journey.
Fortunately, the Alberta Cancer Foundation’s Patient Financial Assistance Program, Patient Navigation Programs and Mobile Breast Screening Units are there to help.
Research and clinical trials
The only way to bring the treatments of tomorrow to those facing cancer today is through leading-edge research and clinical trials. Luckily, when it comes to clinical trials, Alberta is leading the way in Canada and these trials are shaping the standard of care for cancer treatment in the future.
