There are so many ways to supercharge your fundraising efforts for the 2026 Tour Alberta for Cancer with different campaigns and challenges throughout the year.

We’ve assembled some simple tips for fundraising, but another great option is to get involved in one (or more!) of the campaigns and challenges that happen in the lead-up to the Tour. Whether you want to focus on building your team, hitting an individual milestone or maximizing the impact of your ongoing efforts, we’re here to help.

Match Campaigns

Matching campaigns support Tour participants in accelerating progress toward their personal fundraising goals, boosting supporter’s contributions and inspiring others to join the Tour.

How it Works

  • Matching partners provide a lump sum to match all donations received, while funds last.
  • Participants make self-donations or ask for support to double their impact and reduce their fundraising requirements.
  • All donations are matched automatically and are shown on personal fundraising pages along with acknowledgement of the matching donor.
  • Although the funds may be depleted in only a few hours, the requests for support that the match inspires, results in donations and registrations for weeks following the campaign.

Tire Track Qualifier

The Tire Track Jersey is awarded to the first 10 participants who raise $15,000 or more for the Enbridge Tour Alberta for Cancer. It’s an extraordinary opportunity for passionate individuals to make a lasting impact and do something meaningful for the 60 brave Albertans who face the daunting diagnosis of cancer every day.

How it Works

  • Register for the Enbridge Tour Alberta for Cancer.
  • Kickstart your fundraising efforts and raise $15,000 or more.
  • Be one of the first 10 participants to reach this impressive milestone.

team-up challenge

Recruit riders. Grow your team. Win an exclusive experience at the 2026 Enbridge Tour Alberta for Cancer.

The Team-Up Challenge rewards new and returning teams for building their rosters with new and returning riders. Four winning teams will score a coveted spot in the Team-Up Hospitality Tent — the ultimate place to celebrate in style.

The Prize:

One of four spots in a Private Team-Up Hospitality Tent at the 2026 Tour, featuring:

  • Shared bartender serving alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages

  • Soft seating and fenced-off patio area

  • Stocked bar and snacks

  • Custom team signage

How it works:

  • Start a new team + recruit at least 5 riders
    OR

  • Add 5 new riders to an existing team

Important: Each recruited rider must register with a minimum $25 donation (virtual riders and $0 donations do not count).

Four winners will be selected:

  1. Event Weekend Draw – Chosen at the 2025 Tour from teams with at least 50% of riders re-registered on event weekend (Winner to be announced soon!).

  2. Community Team Spot – Most riders registered during event and Team-Up Challenge.

  3. Corporate Team Spot – Most riders registered during event and Team-Up Challenge.

  4. Team-Up Draw Winner – Random draw from all qualifying teams (one ballot for every 5 riders registered).
